Best customer service I’ve had in years. One of the employees lightly made fun of the way I bandaged a wound and pointed me towards everything I needed. As I was checking out, the person behind the counter insisted that I seek out a tetanus shot, which I definitely needed and wouldn’t have gotten without the suggestion 10/10 would recommend

The staff of City Drug Fort Collins helped get my family covid-19 vaccine boosters that we needed. They were incredibly kind, caring, and, most importantly, informed about what we needed to get the protection we needed. They took time with us and didn't rush us like other pharmacies have in the past. Barbara was very gentle with the vaccines, if you are squeamish, she will put you at ease and make sure the process works for you. They were also the only local place we found that had Novavax, which really sets them apart! They clearly care about the wellbeing of their customers and I appreciate that they helped my family get boosted easily! We want to come back for future vaccines! Thanks!

A real old fashioned drug store with a modern touch.Uo to date on all the newest medications and are willing to work with all the insurance carriers. I have found both Barbara and Bernie excellent pharmacists. Their Mother runs the front and makes sure your are welcomed and helps you find just the perfect souvenir or European treat They have high quality tshirts at the best prices in town. I can't say enough about this gem of a store in Old Town. I hope you enjoy the adventure as much as I do.

The people here are what really make the difference! The shop is family owned and operated and they go above and beyond to make you feel like you’re a part of their family. They have international food, which is usually on sale, and alcohol at a very reasonable price. If you get your prescription here you will be delighted with the humanity you’re shown, for instance I once was unable to pay for my prescription and they not only filled it for free until I was able, but offered to fill the full prescription for free.

This place is amazing. The last of the true drug stores. They still mix compounds here... you can get bandages and supplies that you can't get at the chain pharmacies.. great European chocolates and fun stuff to buy outside of drugs etc.
